1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period following request may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account with rs577. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances contained therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided at registration and throughout the period of account use is accurate, complete, current, and not misleading. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly notify rs577 of any changes to your contact details, payment methods, or other registered information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rs577 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. rs577 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party and must notify rs577 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

rs577 conducts KYC verification in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a valid CNIC — prior to processing withdrawal requests or upon reaching certain transaction thresholds. rs577 may suspend withdrawal functionality pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Currency

All rs577 account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). rs577 does not maintain multi-currency accounts. Any deposits made through channels that involve foreign currency will be converted to PKR at the applicable rate at the time of the transaction; exchange rate risk is borne by the User.

4.3 Minimum Transactions

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

4.5 Prohibited Deposits

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

rs577 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed: after the event outcome is known; where technical errors have affected odds or market availability; or where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns.

5.2 Sporting Events

For cricket markets — including PSL, T20 Internationals, ODI series, and Test matches — official match results as declared by the relevant governing body shall be determinative of bet settlement. rs577 applies specific rules in respect of abandoned, reduced-over, or rescheduled matches, which are published in the sportsbook rules section accessible within the platform.

5.3 Casino & Live Dealer Games

All rs577 Casino games and RNG slot titles utilise certified random number generation technology. Game outcomes are independent of prior results. rs577 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical fault interrupting a casino or live game session, bets may be voided and stakes returned at rs577's discretion.

5.4 Minimum & Maximum Bets

• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to permanently exclude themselves from rs577 may submit a self-exclusion request. Once confirmed, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period and rs577 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded User from re-registering.

8. Prohibited Conduct
